Our pumpkins

 

 

 

 

Brad carved the pumpkins Sunday night & Katelyn didn't know what to think about them. It took her a day to even get close to them. She finally warmed up last night & we were able to put candles in them & see them glow. I love the way she tries to say jack-o-lantern, so sweet! She got in the floor to have her picture made but still wouldn't get too close. I don't think Halloween is going to be her favorite holiday she seems to be scared easily. Oh & don't ask about the stickers on her face, for some reason that's where she always puts them & I was in such a hurry to get a picture of her I forgot they were on there.

Pumpkin Patch

 

We had our first trip to the Pumpkin patch on Sunday & Katelyn loved it. She couldn't decide which pumpkin to choose & every one she could pick up she did. I really enjoyed spending time with my family & love making these memories!

New Jacket

 

Well I finally finished a jacket for Katelyn that I have been wanting to do for a while now. I love the way it turned out & would like to make another very soon. She liked it & seems to like a lot of the things I make for her she always says "Likeded it". She makes me smile when she tries so hard to say something right! I feel like I have really accomplished something when it has sleeves on it! I finally finished the pants I have been trying to finish for a while now too so I will post pictures of those soon too.

Southern Savers

I have had a lot of people ask where I found out how to do the savings at Publix, if you go to www.southernsavers.com it should get you started. I am still in the process of learning myself but this website should point you in the right direction. Hopefully I can help more once I have it figured out.

Cute Shirts!

 

As you can see I have been busy doing appliques on shirts for some of my friends. I've had several people ask to see them so I thought I would share. I have to say the ghost with the bow is may favorite so far. I can't wait to get started on some of the Christmas appliques I have & I will share those soon too!

I have been wanting to do this for a while now & finally did yesterday. A BIG thank you to Kristy for showing me how & for the coupons!!! You can see everything I got & the money I saved on my receipt. We plan on doing it again next week & I'm really excited, who doesn't like to save money!?!
