Some of These pictures look like something out of a horror movie & it still gets my stomach when I look a them. Yesterday 3/9/12 Katie was trying to take the plastic connector off of a glow in the dark bracelet. Well apparently she was pulling pretty hard & her hand slipped causing the plastic bracelet to go straight into her eye. She screamed!! I tried my best not to panic especially when I saw a pink tear. I still hadn't seen the damage to her eye because as you could imagine she was keeping it closed pretty tight. I had to make sure she could still see first & she could, THANK GOD! The outside corner of her eye was very red, as you can see in the pictures. After looking at it several times I realized she had cut the "conjunctiva" the thin membrane that covers the white part of the eye. (No I am not a Dr. I Googled it) The white part between the two read spots is where it cut her eye. I really started to panic but kept it together when I was in front of her, keep in mind this is the first time I have had a "hurt" kid! We rushed to the Eye Foundation ER where we waited 2 1/2 hours to see the Dr. Luckily there is no permanent damage to Katie's eye & it will heal quickly with drops. I know this is one of many "accidents" we will have a parents & I am not looking forward to them AT ALL! I am just thankful she is ok! She handled it like a very BIG girl too :).

First Visit to Church!
I know it is terrible that my daugther is 4 & has never been to church! Hopefully we will find one soon that we will become members of & go to regularly! This past Sunday we attended Mountainview Baptist Church in Chelsea. I hear a very powerful testimony by Jamie Cagle, she is an amazing woman & I felt very blessed to be able to hear her testimony. We will attend Mountainview again soon. Look at these too cuties, we never get dressed up so I had to get a picture.
Fun Times
