Finally a Bow

 

 

 

I am so glad I can finally get a bow in this child's hair, I never thought the day would come. There may only be a few strands to clip it to but that is enough for me! Maybe it will cut down on the amount of people that say "what a cute little boy". I will never understand why a child in head to toe pink is mistaken for a boy, but it happens everytime we go somewhere.

Visiting Grandma Spencer

 

 

 

We went to visit Grandma Spencer with Mimi & Papa a few weeks ago & had such a nice day. We had lunch & then went back to her house. I wish we could see her more often I know Katie & her would both enjoy that.

Who needs toys!?

 

 

 

These days Katie is always into something or somewhere new. Today I turned around & she was under the table having a big time. She has a room full of toys, but would rather play with the table or bang on the door.

This little girl knows when the camera is on her! My mom says it's because she has had a camera in her face all of her life, this is true! She lights up & acts so silly when I take her picture, she is so cute & always knows how to make me smile!

Turtle family

 

I have seen these turtles the last few days & it was very hard to get this picture. They are very shy & anytime you open the door they jump in the water. Luckily I had a zoom lens & got this picture from the porch.

We finally turned Katie's exersaucer to a walker but she likes to crawl under it for some reason. I think it still makes her a little nervous because it moves everytime she pulls up on it. I don't think it will be long & she will be pushing it all over the house. She also has her 2nd tooth. It broke through last week.
