Another day at Alabama Adventure...

 

 

Today Katie & I met up with some of my high school friends & their kids. We both had such a great day & it was so much fun catching up & watching Katie play with everyone. We are really enjoying our season passes so far & look forward to spending time with all of our friends there.

Fishing with Daddy & Papa

 

 

 

 

Katie didn't do much fishing, she actually did more napping. Daddy & Papa started fishing Saturday afternoon & were catching fish left & right, we couldn't wait for Katelyn to wake up & see how she would react to them. When she finally did wake up I took her down to the water to see the fish. Brad had one in his hand & held it up for her to touch, well she went right for it & of course I said ewww real loud & then she got scared. Oh, well she doesn't need to be touching those nasty things anyway, if she ever has a brother he can play with them. We really enjoyed Mimi & Papa's visit & hope to do it again soon.

Here are two dresses I finished & decided to sale. I have a couple more to finish & I will post them soon. These dresses can be made in sizes 1-6.

The houndstooth dress is a 2T & is $20 & the pink & white striped dress is a size 1 or 12 mo. & is $15. Let me know if you are interested in buying one of these or one in another size.

Bubbles

 

This is a few of the bubbles I have made for other people. I have most of these fabrics & can make them in any color or fabric. They are $20 & come in sizes 3 months - 24 months, for boys or girls.

Spending the day with Gramps & Becca

 

We went to Alabama Adventure again on Monday & got to spend the day with Gramps & Becca. My dad was on vacation this week & we really enjoyed being able to spend time with him, it's something we don't get to very often. Thanks "Gemps" (as Katie calls him) for a great week!

Alabama Adventure

 

 

 

My sister & I took Katelyn to Alabama Adventure yesterday for the first time. Katelyn really liked it, but the water was still pretty cold. There were kids running around there with blue lips! We have season passes this year so I'm sure we will be there at least once a week for the rest of the summer. Hopefully we can meet up with some of our friends soon so Katelyn will have someone to play with!

You can also see we didn't make it far before she was out & of course when we got home she was wide open again. We are going to have to leave a little early next time so she can get a full nap in!
