Reese & Charlie's Birthday

Sunday was Reese & Charlie's birthday party. It was at Ijump on 280 & all of the kids had a blast on the inflatables. I made Katelyn this minnie shirt & decided to make it match the red pants I had made a while back. So she wore it to their Mickey/Minnie themed birthday party. Well, I didn't know that her & Reese were going to look like little twinkies! I really wouldn't have dressed her just like the birthday girl I was just going for the minnie theme. Oh well they both looked so cute & even like sisters or cousins at least. It's amazing to me how much they have always favored each other except for the fact that Katelyn towers over her. Anyway, it was a great party & Katelyn loved the inflatables, so I think that is what we are going to do for her birthday party. She has informed me that she wants a Cinderella cake too. Thanks again for inviting us to your birthday party, we were glad to be apart of their special day again this year!
Check out those pictures of Katelyn coming down the slide, she looked scared to death but she loved it!

Colton's 4th birthday

Katelyn was invited to 2 GREAT birthday parties last weekend. Colton's was on Saturday & it was a Pirate party. All of the kids, except Katelyn, were dressed as pirates. April, Colton's mom, read a story about a treasure buried in the yard & then showed the kids a map & they had to hunt for it. Once they found the treasure they got little goodie bags & filled them up with all kinds of pirate treasure. It was a really cute idea for a birthday party. After the treasure hunt we had cake & ice cream & watched Colton open his presents.

Will's new shoes

We bought Will his first pair of shoes & I have to say they are too cute on him! I found them on a website, www.joesnewbalanceoutlet.com a friend of mine had found some for her little boy at a great price so I checked it out & found these for $10! We have ordered several pair already & the best time to get them is when they offer free shipping. Thanks Allison for sharing the info a while back.

Who is this little girl??

Last night Katie let me use my flat iron on her hair, I have tried in the past but she wouldn't let me get near her. She was so funny running around the house with her "new hair". Once she was tired of it she said, "mommy take this off". She looked like a different child with straight hair & I have to say it was cute but I like it curly.
Also, I don't know if you can see it in these pictures but Katie busted her lip the other day. She was running to the bathroom & looked back to see if I was behind her & ran right into the wall! She definitely got the clumsy genes from the women in her family!

Finally!!

It seems like it has taken forever to finish all of my sewing projects. I made all of these pants for Katelyn & it took several weeks to finish, they normally don't take that long but considering Will would scream everytime I sat at my sewing machine I couldn't finish them. I finished their matching outfits last week & we were going to have family pictures made yesterday but it was too crowded at the location & changed our minds. Hopefully I will have pictures of them in those cute outfits, on Christmas cards this year!

Trick or Treating

We went to Lock 17 again this year & did some trick or treating at all of the campers. We always have so much fun with all of our friends & enjoy some good food. Katelyn was so much fun this year she really got into it & bugged us all day about leaving to go down there. She looked so pretty as a fairy & Will was the cutest pumpkin I have ever seen! Katie said trick or treat to everyone & after they gave her candy she would look in her bucket to see what they gave her, I think she was making sure she got some good stuff! I can't wait to do it again next year!
